Filing a Compliment or Complaint
It is the policy of the Maryland Capitol Police to investigate all complaints against agency employees and conduct investigations in a fair and equitable manner.
Anyone wishing to provide a compliment or file a complaint or may do so in person, by telephone, in
writing via U.S. Mail, via email, or by completing the on-line form below. Anyone making a complaint
must provide their name, mailing address and phone number or email if they wish to receive
notifications and updates regarding the complaint process.
Please note that a person may be held criminally and/or civilly liable for knowingly filing a false
complaint or making a false statement.
