The Maryland State ID Card Program is administered by the Security Card Processing Center (SCPC) which is a division of the Maryland Capitol Police. The SCPC is responsible for issuing State ID cards to all state employees, contractors, lobbyist and local government officals. The SCPC is also responsible for providing proxy access to the state buildings that are under DGS control. The SCPC is open from 8:00 Am to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday and is closed on all State Holidays.

Mobile ID Program
